Quite easy to find desert materials: for brown there are plenty of spices and pulses.
For green I’ve got my own supply of dried mint, seaweed, bay leaves and rosemary. Then we can use pumpkin seeds and popcorn for those tiny details.
Going for variety we’ve decided not to use gingerbread. Instead we’re going for biscuits and cereals, way too many to list.
Then bananas, apples and limes need to be dried.
Which all took an age to lay out.
